Dormitories
True Hope continues to work with orphans after they have graduated from the orphanage and begin to live on their own in the dormitories. This is the most vulnerable time for these young people as statistics show that 75% of girls end up in prostitution and 80% of boys commit some sort of crime. True Hope has a presence in several dormitories, working with these young people to show them that they are not forgotten or alone. We have started Alpha Courses at a couple dormitories, teaching them about God’s love, and are continually doing renovations to make the dormitories a nicer place for the young people to live.
Bathroom Renovations Update

The bathroom renovations are finally complete! Praise the Lord!! We officially opened the new bathroom earlier this month and is such a great blessing to the young people at this dorm. It is a beautiful colour, has all new fixtures, a private shower room and also a hot water heater and a washing machine!
Thank you so much for supporting this project! It has been an incredible experience for the kids. Not only do they now have a new bathroom that they helped build but they’ve also learned how to work as a team and build relationships. Please pray with us that these young people will continue to see God move in their lives.
